Schedule:Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Practice Setting: outpatient
Type of cases and required procedures: General Hematology - Oncology Physician
Credentialing timeframe: with clean record, 8 weeks,
90 days with issues
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Certifications required: Board Certified
Licensure required: Massachusetts
