Work Shift The physical therapist evaluates, plans, and implements rehab programs to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, boost strength, and prevent or correct deformities. Services are delivered cost-effectively, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, while adhering to all regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians to develop, evaluate, and update treatment programs, care plans, goals, and discharge plans based on the patient’s physical therapy needs. Treatment Planning and Provision of Care: Implement and adjust physical therapy treatment plans. Select appropriate activities to help patients achieve their goals. Provide ongoing education and training to patients and families. Give discharge instructions and referrals to community resources as needed. Serve as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment. Document evaluations, treatment plans, and each session according to departmental guidelines. Embrace diversity and collaborate effectively. Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and dress code policies, including wearing an ID badge. Use materials and equipment safely and cost-effectively. Follow infection prevention protocols. Customer Service: Lead with vision, technology, innovation, and excellent customer service. Participate in the orientation and training of new employees. Fulfill all mandatory hospital and system requirements. Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program Required and Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy Required or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Required Physical Therapist 1.00 Required Effective communication skills, customer service focused, team oriented, and basic computer skills.
