Compensation and Incentives:
Competitive salary with up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives
(starting bonus, student loan repayment, fellowship/residency stipend, relocation allowance, CME funds, and malpractice with tail coverage)Two-year income guarantee with productivity and quality bonus potential
