Step into an established GYN practice with immediate patient panel and a clear path to step into a procedure driven role. Designed for long term sustainability, this position offers the support, structure, and autonomy to focus on clinical care without unnecessary burden.
Position Highlights
- 100% Gyn, no OB with a strong referral base
- 4 clinical days with protected administrative time
- Efficient workflow: EPIC EMR, scribe support, and centralized triage to streamline your day
- Full support staff: Dedicated RN, MA, and surgical coordination for each provider
- Surgical access: Dedicated OR time plus in clinic procedures with onsite ultrasound
Compensation
- Annual base salary guaranteed
- Additional incentive and retention structure
- 6.5 weeks PTO
- Loan repayment eligibility plus relocation assistance
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecology
- Open to residents and early career physicians
- J1 visa support available
