- Type of Cases:General OB/GYN procedures and job duties
- Credentialing: 60-120 days
Minimum Requirements for Consideration
- Board Certified OB/GYN or Truly Board Eligible 0-5 years of residency completion
- Certifications:BLS. PALS, CSR, Active DEA
- Licensure:Active Utah license is required
