    A well-established outpatient pediatric practice near Livingston, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and experienced board-certified Pediatrician for a permanent, full-time position . This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team of healthcare professionals and make a lasting impact on children's health in a growing and vibrant community. Position Details: Position Type : Permanent, Full-Time Pediatrician Location : Near Livingston, NJ Schedule : Monday to Friday, evening shifts until 7:00 PM may be required Patient Demographic : Approximately 70% commercial patients and 30% Medicaid patients Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting, including physical exams, consultations, and preventive care Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses and conditions Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and x-rays Accurately document patient visits, assessments, and treatment plans in the EMR (Athena) Administer immunizations and therapeutic treatments Educate and counsel patients and families on pediatric health, development, and wellness practices Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including RNs and LPNs, to ensure high-quality patient care Ensure proper coding and billing procedures are followed for accurate documentation and reimbursement Required Qualifications: Board Certified in Pediatrics Active New Jersey medical license Minimum of 2 years of outpatient pediatric experience (post-training) BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain) Clean malpractice history Ability to start quickly (early 2024 start preferred) Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and training Value-Based Care Incentives and Performance Bonuses Comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Retirement plans Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays CME allowance Loan repayment options Short-term and long-term disability coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Why Join Us?
