    We are seeking candidates for Full-Time Neonatologist and Nocturnist positions to join the Division of Newborn Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.

    Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. The primary clinical responsibility will be in the 46-bed, Level IV NICU at Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital, which supports one of the busiest obstetric and maternal-fetal medicine programs in Manhattan, with over 8,000 deliveries annually. Additional clinical opportunities are available in the Level III non-surgical NICU at Mount Sinai West and in the NICU Developmental Follow-Up Clinic.

    The successful candidate must be eligible for a New York State medical license and will actively participate in the division’s clinical, educational, and research missions. Responsibilities include mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential.

    Requirements:

    • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited program.

    • Successful completion of a 3-year Pediatric ACGME approved residency program.

    • New York State Medical License (or eligible).

    • Board Eligible in Pediatrics.

    • Meet eligibility requirements for an appointment to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

    Compensation range from 225k to 350k (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits).
