- Hospital employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team
- Join a team consisting of 1 MD and 1 NP

- Mix of clinic and hospital-based responsibilities

- Practice locations include the main clinic and potentially one of 12 satellite facilities
- Urology APP experience preferred
- Population served: 26,000 residents
- Salary: $120,000 $180,000/year plus production-based bonus potential

- Conveniently located 1 hour from Rockford, IL and Davenport, IA, 90 minutes from Peoria,and 2 hours from Chicago
