Our organization utilizes the Epic electronic medical records system for efficient documentation and streamlined communication, allowing you to focus on what matters most providing exceptional patient care. What You'll Do: Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for a diverse range of surgical procedures. Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patients throughout the surgical procedure and provide post-operative pain management. Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the Epic electronic medical records system. Participate in departmental activities and contribute to the overall success of the anesthesia program. (Optional) Contribute to the education of medical students and residents by providing mentorship and teaching opportunities. Who You Are: Board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) or board-eligible with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence. Possess or be eligible to obtain an active state medical license in Washington State. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records within the electronic medical records system. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (religious and medical exemptions considered upon request).
