Our growing Orthopedic practice is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join its Orthopedic team and work under our Sports Medicine and Total Joint Team in Los Angeles, California. In this role you will provide a mix of inpatient and outpatient care.
Job description
Performs diagnostic, therapeutic, surgical assisting, preventive and health maintenance services under the direction and supervision of a physician. Duties include surgical consultations, ordering and interpreting labs / films and studies and ability to perform office procedures, i.e. wound care, seroma aspiration, and drain removal. This position requires travel to multiple facilities as needed for patient care purposes.
The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Graduate degree from an accredited PA program required
* BLS card for Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association
