    POSITION SUMMARY

    To provide care to patients and to supervise Nurse Practitioners in the delivery of psychiatric medication management to patients in skilled nursing facilities. Full-time opportunities available in several Pinellas County locations.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Knowledge and Skills:
    Knowledge of appropriate assessment and evaluation tools and tests, diagnoses, & interventions with patients.
    Strong skills in medication management.
    Ability to work with nursing staff in collaborative approach to care.
    Ability to utilize EMR system to prepare and maintain appropriate medical record documentation.

    Education/Training:
    Medical Degree from an accredited School of Medicine.
    Completed Residency in Psychiatry.

    Licensure/Certification:
    License or eligible to practice medicine in Florida.
    Board Certified or Board Eligible as Practicing Psychiatrist
    Current FL Drivers License
