Medical Center is actively recruiting a full-time BC/BE PM&R Physician (Physiatrist) with an optional Medical Director role (small % FTE) that includes a stipend. - This role joins our collaborative, collegial team of providers.- 10-bed step-down unit for hospital patients needing extra care ahead of discharge- Schedule: M-F; backup PRN physicians on call on weekends- Call: first call is to nurses who would call in a provider if needed- Team Support: Nurses, CNA, OT, COTA, PTA, and case manager- Unit is located on the 6th floor and boasts a breathtaking view - Level III Trauma Center- Base salary- Quality bonus- CME allowance- Sign-on bonus- Medical debt assistance- Relocation allowance- Residency stipend- Medical Director stipend- Health benefits + Retirement plan- Marketing + practice growth assistance - Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority required- J VISA OK -
