Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a highly respected, physician-owned private practice in Tucson, Arizona, to recruit a fellowship-trained Movement Disorders Neurologist. This is a 100% outpatient position with no hospital call, offering an immediate patient base, subspecialty focus, and a clear path to partnership. Opportunity Highlights: 100% outpatient with no call Focus on Movement Disorders, ramp up to 80% subspecialty within 6 months Large referral base with 1,000+ patients on the waiting list Access to in-house EEG, EMG, infusion center, audiology, imaging, and pain procedures Clinic setup for DBS Programming Expect 16-19 patients per day Base salary $375-400K plus collections-based production bonus $150K Sign-on bonus - Forgiven over 3 year contract Fellowship stipend ($2K/month) Relocation Allowance 4 weeks PTO, CME time, and allowance 4-year partnership track with shared ownership in ancillaries and real estate Qualifications: Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neurologist Fellowship training in Movement Disorders Eligible for Arizona medical license Why Tucson: Bask in 300+ days of sunshine, stunning desert landscapes, and endless outdoor adventure, all in a vibrant, affordable metro on the rise.
