One of the largest community health centers in Massachusetts has an opening for an Urgent Care Physician.We are a thriving and growing organization, and our team is expanding across sites to support this growth. About the Opportunity: Flexible schedule with dedicated remote admin time 20-22 Patients Per Day, No Sundays, No Holidays Participate in after-hours and weekend call on a rotating basis according to the schedule assigned by the Medical Director. Our Urgent Care Physicians have the opportunity to work in partnership with the numerous other disciplines offered at the health center, including mental and behavioral health, pharmacy, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, Reproductive Health, Gender-Affirming Care, Dental, and Optometry. An ideal candidate should beskilled in stitching and suturing, joint injections, EKG interpretation, skin procedures, and reproductive health procedures. Compensation and Benefits: Guaranteed base salary commensurate with experience Quarterly bonuses Generous time off, including 4 weeks of paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, 3 personal days, 5 sick days, and 3 extended sick days.
