Practice Acquisition Opportunity of Houston Texas Direct Primary Care Medicine Practice Opportunity to acquire an established Direct Primary Care Medicine practice with an excellent reputation in the market Current provider has been in Direct Primary Care Medicine since 2017 and has practiced medicine for 36 years Patient Panel of 533 patients Practice has to turn away patients because the patient panel is full Current provider sees 10 or less patients per day and does not go into the hospital Practice believes in timely office visits, enhanced office experience, friendly technology, personalized attention and strong focus on wellness The new provider will receive a base salary plus bonus structure Goal of current practice owner is to transition out of the practice after a four to five year period New provider will have an opportunity to purchase and take over the ownership of the practice Opportunity to make over 90% of MGMA bench mark salary for primary care Practice acquisition price will be based on formal valuation with financing options available A Smart Place to Practice.
