Are you a dedicated and skilled CRNA seeking an exciting opportunity to specialize in cardiac anesthesia? We are looking for a highly qualified Cardiac CRNA to provide exceptional anesthetic care in a dynamic hospital setting. This role offers the chance to work within a professional, dedicated cardiac anesthesia team at a Level III trauma facility, focusing solely on cardiac and thoracic surgical cases. Required Skills: Valid CRNA certification and state license (or compact license accepted) Minimum of 1 year experience in anesthesia, with demonstrated proficiency in cardiac cases Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Ability to work a consistent 4x10-hour shift schedule (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures including CABGs, valve surgeries, aortic root repairs, pericardial windows, lung surgeries, laser lead removals, rib plating, and ECMO support Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and handle call responsibilities professionally Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience with Epic EMR system Experience with small ECMO programs or advanced cardiac procedures Additional certifications or advanced training in cardiac anesthesia Preferred Education and Experience: Board certification as a CRNA At least one year of clinical anesthesia experience, particularly in cardiac or thoracic surgery Willingness to obtain licensure in new states if necessary, including compact licensing options Other Requirements: Ability to work every week (no part-time candidates) Availability for 4-week work cycles, including evening and weekend call shifts Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, highly specialized cardiac surgical environment Celebrate your expertise and elevate your anesthesia career by joining our dedicated team.
