    Locum Tenens Opportunity for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Near Columbia, SC We are currently seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens opportunity near Columbia, SC. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and an opportunity to work in a variety of surgical settings without the burden of call responsibilities. Position Details: Specialty : Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Location : Near Columbia, SC Schedule : ASAP - Ongoing Shift : Day shift, 4 days per week, 10 hours per day Work Hours : Flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Work Details: Practice Setting : Hospital Average Daily Census : Varies Procedures : General surgery, orthopedic surgery, neuro spine, endoscopy, cystoscopy. Note: No cardiovascular cath lab, electrophysiology lab, surgery centers, interventional radiology, or obstetrics procedures required. Special Procedures : No spinal anesthesia, blocks, arterial lines, central lines, or epidurals required. Charting System : Epic Requirements: Board Certification : Not specified but must be certified as a CRNA State License : Active South Carolina license required (no assistance with licensing provided) Certifications : ACLS and PALS required DEA : Active DEA registration required Experience : Previous experience in a hospital setting with proficiency in the procedures outlined Additional Information: Schedule Details : No call responsibilities; flexibility in start and end times Contract Length : The initial contract is open-ended, with potential for extension based on performance and needs This position is ideal for a CRNA looking for a locum tenens role with a balanced schedule and no on-call requirements.
