York General Hospital - a nationally recognized, award-winning organization - is seeking a Family Medicine-Obstetrics physician to join a collegial, well-supported team of 6 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers. Practice the full spectrum of rural family medicine, including OB with C-sections, in an environment built around flexibility and physician satisfaction.
Position Highlights:
• Customize your scope of practice to fit your training and interests
• Balanced mix of inpatient, outpatient, and nursing home care that keeps your days varied and your skills sharp
• Add ER shifts or OB to your schedule - or don't. The choice is yours.
• Hit the ground running with immediate patient volume, balanced by a true 4.5-day workweek
• 1:1 Physician-to-NP ratio means you have real backup and true team-based care
Compensation & Benefits:
• $325K guaranteed base plus wRVU bonus that rewards you for doing more
• $100K recruitment package
• Comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage
