Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Missouri COTA state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with ADL training, durable medical equipment (DME) recommendations, and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred.
- Ability to follow treatment plans established by a supervising Occupational Therapist.
