Streamlined Credentialing Process (for qualified candidates): We understand the importance of timely care and are happy to assist with facilitating temporary privileges for qualified applicants with a clean history (estimated timeframe of 60 days). Qualifications: Certified by the American Board of Certification (ABCN) as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is mandatory. Active medical license in good standing is required. Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and ATLS are essential. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an inpatient and/or outpatient anesthesia setting is preferred. Proficiency in epidural anesthesia techniques and comfortable with independent practice. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
