Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgeries and procedures. Conduct and document pre- and post-anesthetic evaluations. Obtain informed consent for anesthesia. Manage induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia care. Consult on airway management and assist in codes as directed. Support residents and medical students during anesthesia rotations.Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program Passed national certifying exam within one year of program completion Active RN and APRN license with prescriptive authority Certified in PALS and/or ACLS, NBCRNA, and BLS (AHA) Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and patient age-specific care needs Proficient in clinical assessment, critical thinking, and computer skills (Windows applications) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Reliable transportation for travel between facilities Flexible schedule availability (including weekends, holidays, on-call)Physical Requirements: Adequate hearing and vision (corrected if needed) Ability to lift 60 lbs. frequently; bend, stoop, kneel, reach, pull, push Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for medication administration and instrument handling Able to work in a latex-exposed environment
