Job Overview: Position : Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Start Date : January 27, 2025 Duration : 13 weeks Number of Positions : 2 Schedule : Monday to Thursday: 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Elective procedures) Friday: Emergency cases only (C-sections and possibly one other case) Weekend call required (rotated among providers) Key Details: Location : Near Bricelyn, MN Work Environment : Must float between two facilities, located approximately 3 minutes apart Unsupervised model, providing autonomy in patient care Patient Population : Adults and pediatric patients Support Staff : Available MDs to assist, requiring a strong CRNA for independent work Special Procedures : Experience in VBAC/TOLAC, blocks, and epidurals is essential On-call Requirements : Includes 24-hour call rotation Requirements: Experience : Minimum of 1 year in a CRNA role Licensing : Must hold a valid state license and be willing to obtain any necessary licenses Certifications : Current board certification and relevant certifications Compensation: On-Call Rates : To be discussed with your Account Manager Additional Information: Orientation : 4 hours (non-billable) COVID-19 Vaccine : Not required Flu Vaccine : Status unknown This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs looking for flexibility and the chance to enhance their skills in a supportive environment.
