Family Medicine opportunity in an Upper Midwest vacation destination right along Shell Lake.
Position Details:
• Join 2 experienced providers in a new clinic attached to the hospital
• Outpatient only with no call
• Turnkey volume - See as little as 13 patients per day or over 20
• Rare opportunity to not have to incorporate inpatient or OB in a smaller community
• Can pick up ER shifts if interested in expanding your scope of practice
• Independent organization that promotes providers having a true voice
• Family Medicine Residency Program coming in 2028
Compensation Details:
• Hospital employed with salary guarantee and incentive bonus equaling over 300K annually
• $100K sign-on highlights a comprehensive benefits package
• A 6-month sabbatical is offered every 10 years of employment
