Practice Details:
* Female provider preferred but not required
* Facility location is the closest to the West Cleveland suburbs
* Walking into an established panel with a great community reputation
* 4 day week option
* Average patient volume around 20 patients per day with built in ‘ramp up‘ period
* No night or weekend responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary guarantee around $260K-280K+ (negotiable), plus RVU productivity bonus
* $300K+ proven income first year
* $100K in recruitment incentives
