Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout utility facility grounds, access points, buildings, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or unauthorized access concerns; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted and/or operational areas; Support site operations by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and first responders during routine activities and/or unusual events
