Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support orderly operations, assist with crowd and line management, and provide directions or general assistance to the public; Observe and report maintenance issues, hazards, and suspicious behavior, helping to support a professional environment for shoppers, tenants, and employees
