    A leading financial services firm is seeking a DealCloud CRM Lead to support the ongoing management, enhancement, and optimization of its DealCloud platform. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on DealCloud experience to partner with investment, investor relations, business development, and operations teams to improve workflows, reporting, data integrity, and user adoption across the organization.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the DealCloud CRM platform
    • Manage user access, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and system configurations
    • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements within DealCloud
    • Maintain data quality and integrity through ongoing audits, cleansing, and governance initiatives
    • Create and customize reports, dashboards, and analytics for investment professionals and senior management
    • Support integrations between DealCloud and other internal/external systems
    • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training
    • Assist with onboarding new users and driving platform adoption across business teams
    • Collaborate with vendors and internal technology teams on enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality
    • Document business processes, system changes, and best practices

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience administering or supporting DealCloud CRM
    • Experience working within an investment management, private equity, hedge fund, venture capital, investment banking, or financial services environment
    • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, reporting, data management, and business process optimization
    • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
    • Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting and data analysis tools is preferred
    • Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with investment professionals and senior stakeholders
    • Experience with CRM integrations, data migrations, and platform enhancements is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related degree preferred
