Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and patients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and security-related protocols appropriate to a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site expectations; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify concerns and support security-related operations; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, helping to verify authorized access and/or direct visitors according to site procedures; Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with site contacts and/or first responders during medical, fire, or facility-related events
