Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures while maintaining a professional presence for patients, staff, and guests; Communicate with site contacts, staff, and/or first responders as needed regarding incidents, medical emergencies, and other security-related concerns
