Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document observations and/or actions taken; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or policy-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and help to report unauthorized persons, restricted area concerns, and/or other security-related issues; Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and helping to address customer service needs, operational disruptions, and/or emergency situations
