Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns; Monitor access points and residential amenities to help support authorized entry, observe visitor activity, and address questions or concerns in a professional manner; Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or policy issues, and communicate observations that could help support the location's security-related operations
