Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and guidelines.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document details.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and exterior perimeter.; Monitor assigned areas for policy violations, suspicious behavior, and maintenance concerns and report issues to the appropriate contact.; Drive patrol vehicle as an unarmed driving patrol officer to monitor and deter security incidents at a retail location.
