Job Summary
DSI is growing, again! We are hiring a Full Time Flex Security Officer for the Dundalk, MD area. Come join a diverse and inclusive team that believes in providing excellent customer service and knows that its biggest asset is its employees.
OPEN AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED
Job Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients.
- Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
- Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
- Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI's safety manual.
- Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
- Perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting as required.
- Work in all-weather elements as needed.
- Customer service oriented with effective written and oral communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting.
- Open availability to work flexible hours.
- At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and Texas Security License.
- Reliable means of transportation and communication.
- Must meet all pre-employment requirements
- Valid State Driver's License
- Valid State of Maryland Guard Card
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Dental Insurance
- Vision Insurance
- Medical Insurance
- Criminal Background Check
- Motor Vehicle
- Drug Screen
$21.00 per hour
