    Core Skills/Capabilities * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities * Demonstrated experience working with senior government officials to define and manage processes related to targeting activities * Proven ability to identify and propose process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness * Experience coordinating activities across large customer organizations and external stakeholders * Ability to support and facilitate technical exchange meetings * Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Location: Chantilly, VA Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Poly Required Qualifications: Technical & Domain Expertise * Experience with next-generation technology * Strong documentation and writing skills, including drafting formal communications such as cables * Solid understanding of policies and regulatory frameworks within the customer environment * Established relationships and strong connectivity across the enterprise Desired Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, or Master's degree with 10 years (Associate's degree with 14 years or High School diploma with 16 years also accepted) * 12+ years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) * 5+ years of experience in technical systems integration, project management, and/or targeting Company Benefits: The Britton Group offers competitive compensation and a top-notch benefits package that include: • 6% 401K match with immediate vesting
