Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related support, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, lobbies, hallways, and other assigned areas for security-related concerns, reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations through proper channels; Support a professional environment by following Allied Universal standards, assisting with directions and information, and interacting respectfully with patients, staff, visitors, and/or vendors
