Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for policy compliance, assist with directions and general assistance, and communicate clearly with management and/or emergency services when needed
