Summary
Manage and oversee security operations within assigned activity, and adhere to laws as well as national, DoD, and security SAP policies and requirements. Ensure personnel who require access meet the security clearance level through verification in DISS and applicable systems of record. Coordinate with the Government Activity Manager (GAM) to provide appropriate justification for individuals requiring access. Establish, conduct, and document initial and annual refresher training for all assigned program-accessed individuals. Conduct an annual self-inspection, document the self-inspection, and submit to the PSO a corrective action plan that identifies actions to establish compliance. Write and edit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Program Security Guides (PS - Gs), Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs), and Co-Utilization Agreements (CU - As).
