Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting them through proper channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity; Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and support compliance with location protocols common to aerospace and defense environments; Communicate with site contacts, employees, visitors, and/or first responders as needed regarding security-related concerns, alarms, hazards, and/or operational issues
