Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, as assigned; Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting community rules, property policies, and traffic directions; Assist with routine security-related checks of the location, noting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy issues and communicating them through appropriate reporting channels
