Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout government buildings, public access areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assisting with access control, directional support, and policy compliance in a professional manner.; Support day-to-day public sector operations by observing activity, reporting hazards and/or maintenance concerns, and following post orders and incident response protocols.
