Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site protocols and visitor management practices; Document observations, incidents, and policy-related concerns in a clear and timely manner, and report noteworthy activity to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site representatives
