Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require attention; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, provide directions, and/or assist with visitor-related questions; Communicate with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, daily activity, and notable conditions observed during the shift
