Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or designated personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter unauthorized access, assist with directions, and support an orderly environment for daily operations.; Support site policies related to visitor management, after-hours access, and incident reporting while maintaining professionalism and respectful interaction with patients, staff, and guests.
