Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related policies at a government location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, waterfront access points, gates, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and observe for potential concerns; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity in accordance with post orders; Communicate with site contacts, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, hazards, maintenance issues, and other security-related matters
