Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points, observe building activity, and communicate with authorized personnel regarding deliveries, visitors, and after-hours entry in accordance with site procedures; Support day-to-day property operations by completing routine reports, noting hazards or disturbances, and assisting with directions and general assistance for occupants and guests
