Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, patients, and visitors; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site protocols and security-related procedures; Document incidents, observations, and daily activities, and report concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or the appropriate site contacts
