Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.; Monitor customer and visitor activity to help address policy violations, access concerns, and/or suspicious behavior in accordance with post instructions.; Support loss prevention awareness by observing high-traffic areas, reporting suspicious activity, and assisting with incident response related to retail operations.
