Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site leadership and/or emergency personnel; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention; Monitor access points and general activity within the location, helping to support authorized access, visitor direction, and adherence to site rules and posted instructions; Assist with security-related requests from staff and visitors, provide directions and general assistance, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations through proper channels
