Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity, verifying credentials and/or visitor information in accordance with site policies and post orders.; Prepare detailed reports on incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity, and support requested security-related responses during after-hours operations, tenant issues, and property emergencies.
