Summary
The Assistant Deputy County Administrative Officer (ADCAO) for Economic Development and Infrastructure is a senior leadership position within Baltimore County Government, which reports to a Deputy Administrative Officer and works closely with the County Executive and Senior Leadership Team. The ADCAO will assist with the oversight of departments and functions related to economic development, workforce development and policies and procedures related to land use, development and redevelopment; monitor and seek to improve operations within those departments, and will assist with managing complex cross-departmental initiatives and goals that advance the Countys enterprise-wide strategic plan.
